Good food. Service is a bit slow but understandable now since we're in a pandemic. Room temp is a bit hot add up the food heat andnit gets a bit sweaty. Overall still good. Would comeback again for quality food.

There are only 3 staffs running the whole place from cleaning to serving to cashier. Had to wait an hour just for them to clean a table for us to be seated. We were given table at 8.15pm. Upon seated, we were told it's time for last call. We provided all the food we wanted but were only served with whatever the servers would like to provide. More than half the items we requested were not served.
Offers great variety of hot pot meals. Usually have long queue of lines outside but it's worth the wait. Quite expensive but it's price is still reasonable. Highly recommendable!

Unlike other buffet places that bombard you with so much fillers in their buffet, Shaburi goes straight to the point and offers you good quality meat (not the 70%fat 30%meat). Seating capacity is quite small but the turnover is quick.
With the new pandemic rules in place, they serve you the veggies and food, unlike before when it was a buffet. This does cause a great delay in you receiving your orders, and 4/5 times, the order was wrong or incomplete. I couldn't blame them much though since they only had two people serving the floor when we went for lunch. One server doubled as the cashier.
Very tasty hot pot food! Worth the money and wait! Don't order any of the main meal dishes if you can, cuz cooking in hot pots is the best feature!
I wouldn't recommend it. Eat here if you are not hungry. Service is so slow. We were waiting for the soup base for 30mins only to find out that they forgot about our order. Refill for meat takes forever. Very hot as if there is no aircon Very pricey considering the service we received. Picture was taken while waiting for the refill.
