VERY SLOW SERVICE. Customer service prioritized many other things than my one transaction. Which was simply reloading my gcash account. Note that I’m the only person in line. So far, she has signed 3 other transactions while putting me on hold. Talked to four colleagues about something about work, and stepped out of the counter THREE times already.
