If I could give ZERO star rating, I would. They're unprofessional, doesn't understand their OWN CONTRACT. They will send you a maid that has poor quality, unprofessional, Doesn't follow the contract of 6 months. They really don't screen the applicants well. They will insist 2 replacements only even though the Maid that they sent you willingly resigned without acceptable reason. It was also stated in the contract that if that happens in a span of 3 months it will be at no cost to the employer. Don't get from this unprofessional company. After 2 replacements which is NOT MY FAULT, READ OTHER BAD REVIEWS. It's true!

This agency gave me helpers that either had pneumonia, TB or an infected ecsema on Her whole face. They use their contract to push you not to ask for a refund but they don’t follow their own responsibilities as a maid provider. They don’t screen their applicants at all. I come from a good family where we treat helpers with love— but how do we do this when they send over helpers that are too sick to work. Unbelievable company. One day this company will Find their match. Unbelievable!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY. The one handling Replacement (DEBORAH) is very unprofessional. Not even answering calls/SMS. Once you call their other number, you can hear from the background how unprofessional that person is. They are only good if you are looking for new applicant. For replacement, don't expect to get good service ever again.

RUDE MANAGEMENT. QUESTIONABLE MAID/S APPLICANTS. NO COORDINATION. FALSE PROMISES TO THE APPLICANT MAIDS. UNPROFESSIONAL. WRONG INFORMATION..THE WADYONG AGENCY ONLY INFORMED US, WHEN WE WERE ABOUT TO SIGN THE CONTRACT, THAT THEY ONLY BELONG TO THE UMBRELLA COMPANY, MAIDINTHEPHILS. IF WE HAD KNOWN THAT BEFOREHAND, WE WOULDN T HAVE HIRED FROM THEM. & THE MANAGEMENT/OWNER TRIES VERY HARD TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH, BUT WAS PROVEN INEXPERIENCED IN DEALING WITH PROFESSIONALS, OR FOREIGNERS...AS ADVERTISED. THE WORST MAIDS AGENCY IN THE COUNTRY. BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY!!!

WORST AGENCY EVER!! we ask for for 2 kasambahay, one is ok but the other one said she is not the one intended for us. so she decided to leave the house after a day only. we are veeeerrryy irritated on this is so we decided to terminate the contract for this 1 kasambahay and ask for refund. Until now they did not give our refund despite of our numerous follow ups. John (wadyong staff) always told us that we are already on the list for reimbursement, that's what he always said for almost a month now, ibig sabihin ganun kadami ang nagrreimburse sa kanila? for now we are planning to file a case against them with DOLE. do you have zero star option for review?
