I went to LBC Market Market at around 12:05 today, got my number, and waited for my number for 50 minutes. Only 10 customers were serviced for the last 50 minutes or so. There were 6 employees stationed there and they were so slow. I wasn't able to eat lunch at all. I haven't even eaten anything yet today. The service here is so disappointing. The other branches I have been have better service than them and are able to serve the customers properly. I will be going back later this afternoon. I hope they do better.

This branch has the slowest agents and has no manager supervising them hence, they can leeway around and not work properly. It's true that you have to wait more than an hour or 2 just to get their service. It's too much wait. LBC management should do something about it. They keep entertaining unnecessary inquiries while a processing a current customers concern. They have 5 counters but only 2 or sometimes 3 agents are working.

It took more than 2 hours sending a document. Such a waste of time. If you have 2 separate transactions, say document sending and bills payment, you have to get 2 queuing numbers. Thus, you have to wait for both numbers. There are some customers who are just getting a Priority number (senior, pwd, pregnant) just to skip the line. They need to improve their service. Suggestion: be there as early as mall opening hours for faster transaction.

Just to received an item you have to wait in the queue for that long? You should have a different lane for receiving. For door to door process it is the same rate as the pick up one. Where's the justice? Your customer service is unfriendly and rude! You have to train them very well coz we are there customers and we do business with you guys. Please be considerate!
