Just bought a sofa, the salesman said that he'll deliver the item that night using Transportify. But 1 hour passed, he kept saying that no driver is available. I installed the Transportify app and immediately I got a driver. After you pay the item, don't expect the salesmen to assist you.

At kung saan saan pang HMR Pero yung manager ##### ninyo dito sa MARKET MARKET Pwede bang pakituruan ninyo ng proper customer service and i orient ninyo ng proper approach sa customers. Isama nyo na ang proper management ng tao. Nagpapagalit sa harap ng customers eh. Pati customer nadadamay siguro sa init ng ulo nya. Pag nag iinquire sa product ang customer walang eye contact. Nung ako naman ang nag inquire nag tetxt ng nag tetxt habang nag sasalita ng hay naku sir hay naku sir hay naku sir. PARANG AYAW MAG BENTA EH.
