So good, the ladies take their time to perfect your nails
Probably a good place to get a gel manicure, but got a regular manicure and it peeled off the next day. It also creased when I got home despite giving it 20 minutes to dry due to how thick the nail polish was. The place desperately needs ventilation as the smell of nail polish is really strong and I can't help but cough the whole time.
The worst service ever!!!! I made the appointment one day advance. However when i got there, I waited for another 30 min. None of the staff explain why I have to wait there. And also very bad service attitude and skills. It seems that they only know the primitive nail care. When I choose the style for nails, I was left alone for another 10 min. I lost the staff again. I really don't think that they have basic professional ethics. They don't know how speak English. When I speak English, they replied for laughing and tagalog only. If anyone see my message here, think twice before you heading this place. Everyone in this world deserve the better service compared with this one. I WILL NEVER EVER TRUST THEM ANYMORE.
I was desperate to find a nail shop because it had been over 20 days since I last had them done. I have been traveling and I wasn’t familiar with any places here. Luckily, this spot was walking distance to where I was staying. They took walk-ins. I had them remove my gel and re-do my gel manicure with design. I also had a pedicure done. I should have known that this place was a little off because they do their gel different from what I’m used to in the United States. I also had this gal working on my pedicure and she cut me when she pulled my cuticle! I was already jumpy to show her that I was in pain. She continued! I am hoping that I don’t get an infection from this! The girl who did my pedicure paint was struggling to do a French manicure. She was asking for help in Tagalog because she couldn’t get it right. I don’t think they knew I understood Tagalog. Let’s get back to my nails! My nails looked beautiful thanks to Apple! She was able to do the design. I picked a design because I saw online that they were able to do complicated designs. However, there is only one artist per salon that can do nail art. Although beautiful, the quality is the worst! Unfortunately, the paint started to chip the very next day! It was shipping off like it was normal manicure paint. I had gel done! At least that’s what I thought I was getting? The entire chips of paint were falling off in less than 24 hours! How could that be? Especially with gel! I called to come back in, but I said forget it. I decided to go to French Tips at SM Aura. They were able to do a proper French tip gel manicure that is equal to the quality that we have done in the United States. Skip this place and just go to French Tips at the SM Aura mall. Seriously, it’s so much cleaner, cuter, and better quality. They used OPI nail products at French Tips.
Walked in to this nail salon with my girlfriends. We went here because we saw a celebrity post it on their IG and it was close enough to where were staying. We all decided to get a gel mani and regular pedi. I asked if they can do designs just like on their IG, They said sure. I showed them a simple floral design, And the girl doing my mani showed it to someone else and she said no. I asked why and she ignored me. I showed them a simpler design and again they said no without saying anything else. Then they offered me stickers and I said no thanks. I was so disappointed with the service, quality, and it feels like their IG account is all fake cause they cant even do a simple flower design. There are tons of other better nail salons in the area, just spend your money somewhere else.
