The counter staff were excellent, but the technical staff were terrible. After receiving my router for a warranty claim, and doing a superficial inspection that indicated no damage, they then called back a week later to say that the unit was not covered under the warranty because there was a crack in the housing that invalidated the warranty. I reminded them that no such crack was discovered upon the handover inspection and therefore their reasoning was unacceptable. I had to escalate to get satisfaction.
