Bianca Festejo Taguig Branch has been my go-to for all my hair, nails and other beauty pampering needs. Staff and service are always on point, very accommodating and worth the money. I have specific needs for my hair and nails and they always take the time to remember and personalize according to their customer's needs. I recently had my glam look made by Nathan, who's also my hair expert, and everyone had amazing comments for my look. The make up matched my skin tone and my dress, and it unbelievably stayed on until the after party. I am a very satisfied customer, as always. Thank you Nathan and Bianca Festejo friends. If you want your nails done look for Ms. Jerelyn and tell her what you want done as she will do more than expected. :) thank you for listening to my requests :) will definitely go back to have my nails done.
One of my favorites places on earth! Where my skin and whole body gets treated highly important. They offer a lot of promos! And, i got my diode (armpit hair removal) for only 6,800 instead of 24,000 :) and, monthly I get to have my facial routines where I feel sooo relax and valued a lot! Thanks to ate angelica for taking good care of my skin always :)
My stylist is nice and good. The assistant was horrible. She did my hair and I had migraine after, its as if she was so angry with someone and was imagining that she's confronting that person thru my hair. Hair color bled a lot too. It has been a week and I still wear black bec one time I wore white, and I said goodbye to my white shirt. The person who did my pedicure service didnt even bother to ask what shape I wanted for my nails or if I wanted her to cut them. She did a square cut and I hated it. I always have a round/curve cut. Will still give them a try though bec of the stylist. Update: Clarissa, their customer engagement associate reached out to me to sincerely apologize for the bad experience I had with them. Customer service was superb, I'm happy with how they settled the unfortunate experience and I even booked for an 8-session diode and lip tint services. I'm done with my 1st diode session and excited for my lip tint and 7 diode remaining sessions. Definitely, my go to salon from now on.
