Im rating the clinic. Doctor is always late. Sometimes arrived already late afternoon. Pity to those who live far and hast to wait due to immediate attention. If u need a checkup better arrive at dawn to list your name else go home so late at night.

Last July 4, 2020, my brother consulted your hospital because of heavy breathing and fever. My mother, who was worried about the welfare of my brother, wanted to confine my brother for further observation. Unfortunately, he was denied medical care because of certain reasons. Until now, we don’t have clear explanation on the refusal of his admission. He was referred to other hospital, and on June 5, he pass away. It could have been prevented if he was taken care of immediately. Furthermore, I also wanted to ask for the full medical history including all laboratory results while he was on your care.

When I came to this hospital by ambulance (very strong stomache pain, possibly appendix or kidneys) I waited for doctor 12 hours. I had to please him to bring me for ultrasonic and specific blood tests. Rooms are okay, nurses nice, but proffesional care is missing.

DO NOT GO HERE They currently have an American citizen (baby girl) and the mother Detained and held hostage over a medical bills. Do not go there. They raised the rate 3000 USD once they found out the baby had a american for a father. Joanne Rudy, Father Michael, and Farher Lucas are all extorting ppl for Money. This practice can not go on. THE LAW SEC. 3. Any officer or employee of the hospital or medical clinic responsible for releasing patients, who violates the provisions of this Act shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty thousand pes (P20,000.00), but not more than Fifty thousand pesos (P50,000.00), or imprisonment of not less than one umonth, but not more than six months, or both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the proper court. hopefully they lose there jobs and go to prison over this. Inhuman acts like this needed to be stopped. Update 2/4/2020 in good faith I have given them 6 months to get the technology to accept a payment via credit card over the phone or invoice by email so this does not happen to another person again. I was told by Joel in the credit department that this was “rare” and normally they don’t hold patients over payment although it does happen from time to time. He also informed me that this hospital is for profit and only uses the “holy name” to sound religious and build trust. After letting them know it is against the law to with hold payment. They agreed and requested that I pay 22,000 php. After I refused they then denied me for the medical records. I was FORCED into paying to get the medical records needed. But still have not changed there policy on taking credit cards over the phone or sending an invoice. Until Filipinos stand for what is clearly wrong and against the law this practice will continue to happen.

Had problem with 4y old childs ear - got to an appointment in ca 10 minutes. Very nice doctor and we left with very positive feeling. Visited another hospital also - left that one immediately and super happy with my decicion. Probably the only one to international tourists.

Worst hospital ever, always waiting for the doctor that comes always in the night ( and let you stay more night in the room and too expensive ) doesn’t explain for the result of my husband CT SCAN and X-RAY ( it enough you to understand by your self ) if you need something or ask something to the nurse they always answered “ ok., wait “ and then arrived 2 hours .. always waiting waiting too long .. the Dr.Dumaloan is always come in late.. no matter if you are in danger or not .. also give you medicine ( dextrose) even if you dont need ... for two nights stay we paid P26,500 its worst experience ever....i don’t recommended this hospital !!!!!!!
