Great little meditation and yoga center. I have enjoyed a few of the morning classes (Mon /Wed/Fri at 6:30am). We also went to one of the Sunday music meditation sessions (11am till 2pm) where they also serve a yummy vegetarian lunch. We were made to feel very welcome, even with 2 young kids. They also have a center in town with a different schedule
