Tagaytay has transformed rapidly from a very scenic place to a crowded and busy commercial arena. A place where cheap but abundant fruit stands paradise were nowhere to be found. I think traffic is one of the worst problem and too hard to solve. Climate is warmer than it was 20yrs ago. That is what development is all about.
