Poor service! I called their office today for my mom but the receptionist just hang up on me when I have not finished talking to her and not getting the right answer about my inquiry of why asking the patient to come over to the office just to read the test results. And patient needed to travel 4-5 hours just for that. So ridiculous especially this time of pandemic, risking patients exposure to the virus. Unless it's emergency and they have a plan for procedure. It's soo rude to hang up on the phone!!!
