We visited this place during the summer break and too bad we did not have the chance to swim since they close by 5:30 and they do not offer night swimming due to security purposes and for peace and order since a fight happened amongst teens who had a night swimming before. The place was nice and they have a man made lake where you can go boating(*i don't think it's save tho, the boat's not that sturdy). Haha anyway there pools for kids and the place is full of flowers as well. Not very modern looking and is environment friendly. Give it a shot next time you go to Kalinga. Explore. Enjoy!

I give 5 stars for a developing resort. The resort's fish spa, boating, swimming pool, canteen, videoke bar, and the flowers attract both visitors and locals to see Tuga, Tabuk City .
It needs more upgrading but it shouldnt be bad if u r looking for a place in the middle of vast rice fields.
