Studio One was designed as a dormitel-type condominium, that's why the almost-uniform unit floor area of 12.6 square meters. It should accommodate at most two persons per unit. A single-occupancy is best for persons who prefer a minimalist-and-compact living space. It's 1,300 steps away from Festival Mall and 3,000 steps away from Alabang Town Center, no mud and no dusts whatever the weather. The Northgate compound where it's located, including its several foodcourt areas, is open and secure 24/7. The Bellevue Hotel is Northgate's original landmark.
Simple place. So many movements though. Rooms are quite small aswell
This condo was strategically placed wisely. The location is good: near business centers, fast food and convenience stores - with shuttle service to nearby malls etc. However, the rooms are too small.
The place is great. It's in the middle of everything. It has decent security. It's like New York City where you can go out in the middle of the night and grab something to eat. There are a lot of Telecom centers around and you'll see the workers smoking and hanging around. There's also an electric car that will take you to stations to catch other, tricycles, buses and Jeeps. The only downside for me and my friend is the laundry place. The laundry place down stairs are rude and when we got our clothes washed, it took them four days to process and the clothes stinked so bad we had keep it outside our apartment. We rewashed it ourself in laundrymat in Patatan.
