Been going several times but due to lack of system people are left queing up for hours and hours outside. They should give number instead of lining up all of us outside in defferent areas wherein proper order is not observed. Had your 171 Customer Service works you will minimize this!!!!

Super long lines, super long waiting time, literally spent half day just to get no answer and my issue is still not fix, so frustrating

Classic PLDT service, as poor as it gets. Lowest of the low. Any request you need would lead you to their website and their hotline which would bounce you back and forth. When you finally have the sanity to get to their service center, expect an hour or more waiting time. When you finally document in your concern, no feedback at all from them until you come back to their service center for a follow up and repeat the waiting process.

Some costumer service are ok to deal with....I like.regina yusay and a certain jaime of pldt sm sta mesa. They are both very accomodating and nice to talk with. They have good aura and so pretty!
