Worst customer service ever! I complained about my very slow data and they thought I was complaining for the wifi. Smart should hire such a unprepaired people. Don't go there if you wanna waste your time!

Very incompetent staff. Every time I go here, I have to always call the hotline follow-ups for at least a month and sometimes even need to go back to this branch even for the simplest things.

Came here to replace a brand new Simcard that was damaged. The staff that handled my case took my identify document and forgot to return it to me. In all not a very pleasant experience as the people in the store are often sullen and appear unfriendly.
