For such an organization I've expected more. But too many people are lined up from both in and out. Once you're inside anyone can notice too many vacant counters while there are so many clients waiting for their turn. Some waited for hours.

They open at 7 am. I went there around 8 am to pay for my salary loan full payment of my balance. Ask for a form, fill it out if you know the exact amount of your obligation , (if not, go to public assistance desk for verification) then proceed to teller/cashier, make sure u filled out your form and ask manong guard for a number. They only accept cash so be ready. I did my transaction for only 15 mins. Take note that I went there early.
