The place is always jam packed. You can’t even find a seat right away but the good thing is, there’s reservation. Please have an expansion haha.

Their service is so bad and slow. This branch has been here for years already and they still haven't improved. Inefficient. It got worse now that the staff changed. After waiting 30 mins for just a plate of spaghetti and chicken and a glass of coke, you'll get more disappointed with the small serving sizes. Out of all the times I went here, almost all the time the food comes out late. Plus, why isn't there a manager? Or is he/her just hiding at the back not doing his/her job which is to \manage\?
