Good place to find very affordable housing. It's still rather new as of 2017 but the place good use a bit more sprucing for others to truly enjoy their a new home here since tall weeds and a muddy commute in and out of the subdivision hurt its rather scenic view. Also, people tend to add new building construction to their houses which keeps the original design somewhat trashy to say the least. If community members continue this and not make it a bit more eye pleasing, the subdivision could loose its potential... Aside from this, the upside is the community is quiet, surrounded by trees and a nice mountain view.
I live here and I give it a five.. a province near the city. a mountain juat within your sight.

Bought a house here. But basic Construction.not easy to get things done when you complain. But if you are starting your first house it's OK. But move on when you have more money
