Had a great experience when I went there to see new Trident 660. Salesman explained me everything, answered all my questions. They even offered me a test drive of Trident 660)) Other big bike manufacturers don’t even have a bike for test drives Also, I had a chance to talk to Triumph’s certified mechanic about the bike, which is a plus in my book. Unfortunately, new Trident 660 available for purchase through reservation only but I guess it’s a normal thing if you take in account that this is a new model plus this pandemic situation is not making it any easier.. Overall atmosphere in the dealership is visitor friendly, they have enough parking space and convenient location.

Worst sales ever!! I asked about the new trident and they said I can put a deposit to get on January or February. I asked two days later to give my deposit and then suddenly it won’t be until June or July. Now they want me to buy a bike that is too powerful for a beginner. In the US that is a trick called bait and switch. They will hook you with lower end product and then sell a higher product in the end. You would figure that they would have class. Will buy a Honda instead.
