Don't use Fastrack. I had a package out for delivery two weeks ago but the recipient has not received it to this day. I have to refund the customer. Based on their reviews here and Facebook comments, other customers have experienced the same thing. They responded on chat, mostly just assuring me that they will get in touch with the rider, but never bothered to resolve the problem.

Worst courier service ever. Had a package picked up on July 21, 2020 and still hasn't been delivered to this day. They regularly update their social media but don't bother responding to inquiries. Even if I'm first in line for their customer service hotline, no one takes my call during their supposed office hours. I do not recommend anyone to trust this company. UPDATE: I was able to contact the rider who was assigned to pick up my package last July 21 and he was kind enough to assist me in getting updates for my package. This is definitely not a part of his job description but I am so thankful that, unlike the admin/customer service team, he was willing to help me out.
Not responding through fb, through calls (takes a looooong time to answer-- i got no answer at all), phone number posted is not available, does not also respond through e-mail. I set schedule for pick up, but did not arrive at all. Waited for one day. Don't be like me, do not waste your time. Find a courier with a good reputation.
HORRIBLE! My seller has been apologizing to me because of YOU! My package has been out for delivery for 3 days! Ano naglakad ba delivery personnel niyo? You don’t even answer the phone or any emails! What kind of courier service is this??? Very unprofessional.
They confirmed the pickup but never came. Tried reaching out through the options given like SMS and email. No reply. Tried calling on the phone and nobody answered for thirty minutes. Waste of time.
I scheduled a pickup online last saturday and comes monday for the pick up date they are not responding on both hotlines and Mobile numbers. Very unreliable! This is so disappointing as a first time user of their service!
The worst customer service. No one answers the phone even if there's no other calls on thr queue. No one answers the email. My parcel hasn't arrived yet. It's been 5 days!!!!
