Rude. Asking for mobile's imei (which is not safe because hackers and cloners uses that to phish the owner's info). After i refuses to give out my imei he said, sa iba nalang kayo magpagawa. Worst customer service.

Didnt show up on the day of appointment for pickup & checkup of the samsung TV. Was calling several times throughout the day but he never bothered to pick up my calls nor text. Only answered at the end of the day and said he was in a seminar. Unprofessional and unreliable.
