Volkswagen Quezon Ave. Provides sale of displayed new volkswagen and Kia cars and maintenance services.
Does not carry all inventory of parts. Asks for down payment if parts are unavailable
Dishonest dealer. Do not purchase from them. Did not follow up on issues until 10 weeks only when pressed. Main issue however is they sell a German car which has a dash display in Chinese characters when low on fuel. Can't be changed. Did not mention at time of sale and don't care that we were not told. Don't buy a Santana from them or any other VW dealer unless you think its OK to have warnings in Chinese only. Recommend to avoid this dealer completely due to their dishonesty and terrible after sales service.
The Autohouse located near Timog. A Volkswagen is equivalent to Toyota but with more bits and bobs. Of course is German (China) quality. The next update is VW Lamando. Car Loan available, but my Tip use your House Bank and by 20 % DP your monthly rate is under 20.000 Peso.
Sales is excellent. However, when it came to after sales, expect mediocrity for service and parts. They promise specific delivery dates which were never fulfilled. I had to constantly follow up for 5 months (is this even acceptable for Volkswagen???) for minor items ordered. When you call their office, you get passed on from person to person to person who all sound unwilling to help. I’ve requested to speak to the branch manager several times to no avail; they won’t even give me his name. Iconic Dealership Inc. , you seriously have to check on your people.
