I will never purchase from Urban Athletics again! Worst customer service. Purchased an item on sale via the website and paid in advance. After a week of waiting and countless phone calls (lines are busy or not being answered), I messaged their facebook page. The reply I got was “Upon checking the item you ordered is damaged.” No apology or solution. Checked their google reviews. Apparently, the “damaged excuse” was being used by them all the time! They said instruction will be sent via email. Replied to their email but after several days again no reply. I followed up via facebook they insisted they replied and that refund details will be given via email. Finally got the email reply. And you know what it says? It will take 21-30 business days to get the refund! You should have told me that during our message exchange.
