I bought a washing machine last may 2019, dryer stop last november 2019, reported and was visited by a service technician january 2020. It says deffective motor. Suggested a replacement. Untill now june 15 2020.. never hear from anyone, ang still cannot use my washing machine. I thought by the commercial union has its best quality. Nope they are the worst. And even the service center at there worst.

I bought a Union Rice Cooker with steamer in May 2019. Used it for utmost twice a week then suddenly in August it just does not even power on! Sent for repair on Aug 10, 2019 and until now it has not been fixed when in fact I am told that it must be ready in 2-4 weeks, which is already considered unacceptable but I have no other choice! I regret having purchased their rice cooker, I should have chosen the other brand when I was shopping for rice cooker in May, considering the very minimal price difference compared to that of Hanabishi Rice Cooker of the same cooking capacity. Their particular product line just looks good in the outside but it appears to me to be of the same quality as their prices compared to the other good ones in the market, cheap, so beware!
My family has been using Union products for a long time. Mga electric fan at kitchen appliances ng Union never disappoint. Good price pa.
