Went here on the day before the August MECQ for anti-rabies booster shots. I called in the morning, and went there after lunch as a walk-in customer. Service was pretty fast. I was given forms to fill out at the door, then I was led to the doctor's office where the whole process was explained to me. The nurse also explained everything before giving me the four booster shots that day, which I appreciate. The price was reasonable. I was out of the door in less than an hour. Bring cash, they don't accept other payment methods. My only negative feedback would be the lack of enforcement of mask-wearing rules inside the facility. Some customers were talking on the phone with their masks down, putting everyone at risk. I did find out that they disinfect the place daily in the middle of the day. I could understand the difficulty with social distancing inside the place since the space was limited, but they should be strict about masks to keep their customers safe.

gave out misinformation when i texted their contact number. Also, their system is kind of disorganize. One of the tests that i did was lost so i had to redo it again. i waited for long hours to get my results.

Be careful of the receptionist at this place, she will advice you that it's okay not to get the anti-rabies vaccine 7 days from the day of the bite because they don't have the supplies needed. They should either educate her or fire her for not knowing what she is talking about and is willing to let a person die of rabies just so they will go their clinic.

Affordable services but facilities need improvement. Very limited space and comfort room for drug testing/urine testing doesn't have ventilation. Actually, the whole facility is poorly ventilated. Nasa reception area pa lang, amoy mo na yung CR :(

I went to this Clinic on May 7 to have my last shot for the PVRV vaccine. And because of so many great reviews about this place, I didn't hesitate to go since I don't wanna go in line in San Lazaro hospital (That's where I had my first two shots) again since it takes up so much time. Anyway, to cut the story short, I was a little bit dismayed with the long line of people I encountered that day. I read so many reviews on Facebook about how fast the whole process was. Maybe I was just unfortunate to have chosen that day for my vaccine. LOL. Nevertheless, if I would estimate the whole process minus the waiting time, it will take you a good 20 minutes to fill out a form, pay for the vaccine and have your shot. All in all, it was faster than in San Lazaro and it was accessible too.

The clinic is very accessible. Prices of the anti rabies vaccines (both Verorab and Speeda) were reasonable. The RN who attended to me (Nurse Lagunilla) was very approachable and accommodating and even patiently explained to me the difference between an IM (Intramuscular, the more expensive one which is the default type when you go to the ABCs at hospitals) and ID (Intradermal, the cheaper option). He also allowed me to take an ID instead of an IM for my 2nd booster shot since I am currently on a rather tight budget (I got refunded then and there since the ID was way cheaper and had the same effect). I'm taking one star off though since the receptionists (and girl and guy) were really cranky. The guy recep seemed rather disorganized and distracted (my ABC record sheet wasn't stapled to the OR and fell into a pile of papers on the desk, good thing I checked before I left!). All in all, I would recommend Topmed for anyone in QC who needs shots and immediate care.
