The people in this health facility always had an aloof and distant demeanor. Their reputation needs a real make-over. A public relations overhaul. It is not that they have too many patients, East Ave MC or Quirino MMC have thousands-fold more patients. Is it because they are underfunded? Perhaps not, there are health centers operating in more thread-bare budgets.
