As a government institution, we as a member of SS need lots of patience and energy while waiting in line. So, to be ready, bring food and water, black pen, face shield and a mask and also wear comfy clothes. But, we also need to be courteous to the employees who will assist us in facilitating our documents. In this new normal, we all need to help each other.

Congressional branch need to add more staff, specifically in the acop area, to accommodate the people coming there. I always have to wait at least 1 hr to talk to the designated people in the death claim area and different people says different things too. They did not inform me that you have to file a certain claim first then the death claim. As a result, a senior citizen going there was a wasted time and that senior have to wait 1hr 30mins to be told that. The ID area here is good. Most staff I encountered is ok. One is so bad that you can tell he is trying to get rid of you as fast as he can. Their phone number is hard to contact.

Don't waste your time. Just go to SSS Diliman in East Ave. Faster and no hassle.

Could've been faster. You're just gonna get your copy of the document and it takes nearly an hour because they only accomodate 4 counters vs hundreds of people.
