First the receptionist at the QC Project 8 branch are not so friendly. They give you this feeling that they hate doing their job. Second, late notif was given that my assesment was cancelled and that happened when i was almost at the place. Third, they said it would only take 3 to 5 days for the release of the certificate and its been 2 weeks and still nothing. No advise on when, it would take several follow ups before they response. So it's up to you to decide.
