I decided to upgrade my speed connection with skycable from 3mbps to 16 mbps. It took 5 days until it was installed. Installation of modem was on Sept. 22, 2017 (Friday). After installation, i monitored the speed through a speed test and the result is just ranging to 2.80-2.90 mbps. I called the person who installed the modem, then i was advised to monitor the speed within 24 hours. And so, i did the monitoring, 24 hours has passed already, then comes Saturday, Sunday, Monday speedtest results is still the same, maximum of 2.90 mbps. Oh God! Now its Tuesday, i called the customer service hotline and asked to check on the speed of my account, and she answered me that she can't see any problem with the speed and it is working well. But how come the speed is not hitting even the half of 16 mbps. No other actions have provided. If there will be no positive action regarding this matter, i will terminate my subscription with you. This is really a waste of time and money.

Inefficient subscriber relationship representative. They dont answer their landlune phone and their cp is either unattended or out of coverage area. They even hang up on you. Been calling for my technical concerns for two wks and until now i do not know who and how to contact these people. Really disappointing. I'm thinking of switching to Cignal.

Poor cable TV service, even worse customer service either through their hotline or social media. Avoid this provider, definitely not worth.

Crappiest cable TV service provider in the Philippines! Their customer service hotline isn’t even reachable to speak with a rep because you’ll wait for more than an hour on the phone. Do not bother subscribing to any of their services.
