I had a good dining experience here. Staff was very accommodating. The soup do taste good and surprisingly, the dimsum selection were all delicious, the vegetables are fresh and crisp, and the meat is also fresh. This place is recommended for a relaxing dining experience but the price is a bit too costly for me. Overall, we had a good experience in this hole-in the-wall resto.

We we’re sort of playing around with Eatigo and was choosing between Café Escudero and Shabu Shabu Ichiban. Well, now we wish we should’ve just headed down to Café Escudero. We settled for “Set B” on their menu. To be fair, the variety of food was great. We liked the tempura and fried chicken wings. The sashimi (though not that fresh anymore), was also nice. The serving was also a lot per plate. The meat and soup however was a different story. The soup was a bit tasteless, as well as the meat. It’s great though that we had an Eatigo discount (40%). Because if we didn’t, we would have felt that our meal wasn’t all that worth it. Not sure if we’re coming back.

The waiters are attentive to our needs and clear the plates very fast. They are very welcoming and would definitely visit again when i come back. Will try the other soup options they have.

We ate at shabu shabu of course with my partner Theres a different kind of soup which you can choose, i choose tan tan and sukiyaki, i like sukiyaki because its a bit sweet, we ordered all the food in the menu, i enjoyed much the angus beef and mushroom ball also the sushi, tempura is small, the thing that i didnt like is they dont have available rest room, the 2 rest room that they have is not working, you need to go outside, beside there is a movie house, you need to ask the guard if he will allow you to use the rest room, sad the food is a bit good

Too expensive for plain shabu shabu. There are a lot of restaurants offering both shabu shabu and unlimited grilling at a cheaper price. What's good though is that the restaurant is located at the back of Cotton On near the VIP cinemas and it is not crowded.
