Terrible service. We used to get our ice from them when they had very good delivery times and very consistent service. Switching to another supplier now because in the past 3 months they fail to deliver in the agreed date. Their delivery people always claim that the office never tells them to deliver to our shop but the office people claim otherwise. Not sure who is telling the truth. Totally unreliable.
