Slightly okay, security guards are more helpful and friendly than PSA staffs. Allot your time here approximately 3-4 hours

They have a new protocol wherein they will only allow 700 persons to be accommodated. Start of number giving is 6am and based on interview the last number (700) was given at 11:45 am. For your information.

In my experience, the service is good and extremely fast. It took only less than an hour to process my PSA birth certificate. Not to mention the cool air conditioning of the building.

Couldn't be prouder of the new PSA office is CRS building in Quezon Ave. Very spacious, well-airconditioned, sparkling clean, a LOT of chairs and payment counters (35 counters), staff very polite and really working, BC claimed same day. This is the NEW Gov't System. Proud Pinoy!

Very very very very poor service from 2pm waiting for the release of PSA Authentication I filed 15 days ago, they gave a date if release 21 Nov 1-4 pm but unfortunately waiting for more 5 hours for the release...... The most crazies experience under this administration.... I thought President Duterte already demolished the red tape and lazy employees of the government...... They're still there..... I do hope I can relate this experience to Presidential Hotline soon.
