Ordered cheese stuffed crust pizza but the crust was hollow and empty. Very disappointing. Called to complain but no one was answering.

Good foods specially the pizza. Nice branch like brand new. Lots of tables and large area and have own rest rooms. Many staff to assist. Staff just needs to be extra aware with the surroundings and customers who needs assistance with regards to ordering, paying and takes out.

I went there with my wife and thought it would be a great choice for the night. There were only a couple of customers there when we arrived. We ordered a pizza, soda and a salad. The pizza came first in a semi acceptable period of time and the salad took an unusual amount of time. In fact we were basically ready to go when the salad came and I had to ask twice about it because my preference would have been to eat the salad first. Being that it is a single salad I was wondering why it would come so late. I’m from the USA and most of the restaurants that carry American names are nothing like the original taste that I’m used to. I will say that if I was not so hungry I would have left it after the first slice. No authentic Pizza Hut taste. Not even close and the cheese used is not like anything I’ve had on any pizza before. Maybe it’s just the Filipino version but I expected something better and I was really looking forward to have a more traditional pizza. The service was really bad. I had to wait another 15 minutes for the bill after we were finished. Employees looked busy but gave no priority to serve at my table. We were dressed well and had no expectations to be treated better than other customers. Nobody came to the table to ask if everything was okay or to ask if we wanted to add any additional items to our bill. I feel the employees need to get some training in customer service. At least the crew that was working there that night. Big FAIL Pizza Hut...!!!

1. The staff are not so attentive (they let you wait to take your order) 2. The order are not served right away (we need to follow up just to find out that the food is long been ready, just waiting na dalhin ng staff sa umoorder. 3. No apology for the delay. In summary, not even a 5peso worth of tip from a very unsatisfied customer.

Service was very bad. We asked for water five times and it did not arrive. Really? Also the fried chicken they served us was undercooked. Very disappointing.
