Bought some stuff here (GTX1060 and some RGB Fans, LED Strips) and I can honestly say that they are one of the best PC Stores here in PH. Reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable staff complemented with high-end, high-quality and diverse products make this store an amazing shopping experience for you PC Enthusiasts. Would buy from again 10/10!!!! P.S. I would like to add that their prices are not that inflated compared to other pc stores. Their prices are practically affordable and they offer 20% less on the price on some products if you go all-in with cash.

This is my second time purchasing item from PCWorx and I would say na sobrang nagandahan talaga ako sa service nila. Very accommodating at hindi madamot sa information. And recently, I just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time in Gigabytes (PCWorx) SM North Annex. I want to acknowledge Sir. Calvin Guarin for his full and warmth services. Hindi sya madamot sa suggestion ng magandang product na pwede piliin. And my Senior Citizen mother recently bought a laptop and he fully assisted her. I was only communicating with Sir Calvin through telephone while my mother was in their shop but he assisted her wholeheartedly... inihatid pa nya mismo si mother sa sakayan ng taxi bay. KUDOS! for Mr. Calvin Guarin for a very warmth and honest service. Mababait sila lahat doon at very accommodating. Again Thank You and More Power! Take Note: Maganda rin ang aftersales nila coz i also bought my Desktop in PCWorx Megamall last year. Yun naman ang importante for me.

Very poor customer service .. does not respond to your message. and when you call incompetent mga kausap at sasabihan ka iwan contact number and kontakin ka nalang daw nila pag available na stocks. which is hindi nagawa. ang ngyare nagkaron na ng stocks at hindi ka man lang nila nainform. nagulat ka nag kaubusan na nung item at hindi ka na nakabili.
