Bought the cheaper VIP ticket to watch Swan Lake. The seats are rather uncomfortable for VIP price, as in cinema seats were more comfy. It was very surprising for me that the audience were taking videos and photos. During the intermission, I talked to some staff and I was told that was okay so I also followed suit. Also, anyone was free to occupy any seat as long as it was vacant. It made me wonder what the point of buying VIP tickets was if I could get a free upgrade just like that. I had to transfer seats myself because somebody positioned themselves in the seat in front of me when originally it was vacant.

Well ventilated area for concerts and events. The airconditioning is cool and comforting even during a crowded concert. The comfort rooms are also clean and well-maintained. For safety purposes, they do not allow bringing in big backpacks so you'll have to leave it in their baggage area.

Watched a concert here. The place is smaller than most concert arenas so I like the intimate experience when watching a fave band perform. But the place is not cold enough when you're seated on the topmost part.

We went there just this last May 5, 2019 for Mayday Parade's Sunnyland concert. Compared to the last time that I got there which was around October 2017 (still Kia Theatre then), it looks much better now. Plus the top part before looked so unsafe specially if you're attending a rock concert. You'd think twice on whether to jump and scream, coz man it seems like sugar we're going down swinging lol. So yeah new frontier, literally new.

The place is small and has a very intimate feel. I think it was renovated and it's better now. I attended the fan meeting event of Seo Kang Joon. Bought the balcony ticket, it was a bit far but I like the place and the ambiance. The staffs are also respectful and polite. I hope they'll maintain the cleanliness of the place.

The place can be crowdy when there is a concert. Pizza hut, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Kko kko are some restaurants can be found here.

Was here for Why Don't We's concert and let me tell you, the venue was so awesome! Clean. Great security. Awesome stage. A modern concert hall. Hope they will host more concerts.
