very disappointing. prioritizing other customers even if you arrived first i was supposed to have my pedicure but since there were only 2 staff, I decided not to. Because the other staff has a customer while the other one will be doing the pedicure of my ate, but then someone approached me and offered that she will be doing my pedicure right away and so i was touched and glad. I thought that they were accommodating, but then after a few minutes, somebody came and instead of doing my pedicure, she prioritized the other one who just came. My ate was already done with her pedicure but im still waiting for that staff who approached me and offered that she will be doing my pedicure right away. So i decided not to have my pedicure anymore. Next time please follow the basic rule (first come, first serve) since you were the one who offered me in the first place. I already decided not to have my pedicure anymore since there are no vacant staff but then you offered so i was happy then all of a sudden it will be like that.
