Had our baby Bars checked here. What I liked most was the exotic pet shop next to it. I no longer have to order feeds online! They have worms, crickets, and dubias!

Unreasonably priced, sketchy diagnosis, poor service. I’ve been a customer of Animal House (Aurora) for a long time and that clinic is also expensive, but Los Animales is exaggerated. We confined my beagle puppy and it costs PHP 2.5k per day! They x-rayed (and wouldn’t provide a copy, just let us take a photo), and said that there was a block in her stomach that would probably require surgery. In the meantime we had to wait as they monitored her condition and pay the hefty per day. Operation costs PHP 10k by the way! We asked to pull her out and have her rechecked somewhere more reasonably priced, and the person speaking with us decided they didn’t want to talk anymore. The other staff said “well, the high price is up to our boss,” and basically tried to hook us up with someone he knew who ran another pet clinic in Caloocan (PHP 8k for the operation, okk). Anyway, we went to a different pet clinic (Animal Clinic Congressional) and they said that the block they were referring to just might be AIR (HANGIN LANG PO) and that the x-ray position they did was wrong and insufficient to diagnose the situation. We love our dogs so we have to ensure that they are getting the best pet healthcare there is — but a large sum doesn’t exactly equate to good (even correct) service. Be warned.

First time in 5 years that my dog panicked during grooming. Groomers attitude: trabaho lang, walang personalan- insensitive . Won’t come back for sure!
