My Son bought a car bike rack so he can be mobile everywhere he pleases to ride. This gave him the chance to look around the shop for other things that his bike needed and ask to change for an alloy wheel wire. The shop has no stock but the mechanic gave direction where to buy then get back to have it replaced. With a very slow phasing the bike was left over night at the shop. Got the bike the following day afternoon, on the way to road test, with his surprise it was flat the inner tube got damaged during the replacement of the wire wheels. Called the shop asking for the replacement and told him to just have it vulcanize not knowing that it is a 1 week old inner tube. NEVER to go back to Life Cycle Mindanao branch for this experience. Sorry but BAD customer service and in competent mechanic.

They did a pretty good job of fixing my bicycle and the staff was courteous and the service was very reasonably priced. They specialize in Giant bikes but have a limited selection as the space they have is limited. Parking can also be problematic especially during peak hours.
Staff didn't even bother to entertain. In the celphone most of the time.

My RD hanger broke less than a year of moderate use and they wouldn’t cover the P500 part. Called their boss and that effort was all for nothing. Afterwards they discovered my frame had a crack and had the gall to upsell me a new frame. If they had covered that P500 part I would have gotten a new frame from them as I like giant. Anyway, I told them no thanks and I got myself a new one from a bike manufacturing company. Did a short ride and am very happy with it. Glad I discovered them and will NEVER be setting foot on a Lifecycle store again. 1 star for the bike and ZERO for the after sales service and non existent warranty.
