I was about to make my catering booking in this catering services but unfortunately when we are about to pay the deposit they said that our booking date is unable in which I felt so disappointed because my mother just went to the food tasting on a Saturday and we agreed that we want to booked the certain date so they got all details of the party, the staff said that the date was still available and feel secure that the said date was alright for us, we made arrangements to come back within the week to pay the deposit, I know that they informed us about \ first come first basis\, that's fine but we didn't expect that they will not informed us that if someone will booked it they will just give it straight away without informing us (Hello!, client still a client even we haven't made the booking yet but we agreed on something that doesn't mean that you will just ignore us, i know you never take pencil booking, still we talked personally that we will secure first the venue and will come back within a week, the manager (don't know who he is?) Even said that it's not there obligation to call all the clients to inform if your date is about to be booked by somebody else. Proper courtesy and manner, we talked personally and informed you that we will come back and you agreed at least you should have informed us (clients) you should call us, and even told me that we client should be the one to call or chased you regarding our prepared booking date. Where is the right customer service here?
