The doctor just recommended us to go to the nearest hospital without even understanding or diagnosing the symptoms. He was so rude that he won't even give us the opportunity to speak and even told us that we have to bring our son to the hospital before it is too late. This scared us. It really defeats the purpose of home healthcare especially during this pandemic. We then had a 2nd opinion through teleconsult with another doctor where our son was carefully diagnosed, it appears he is only having a \tigdas hangin\ and is well now. Imagine us going to the hospital late in the evening, spending hard earned money and exposing ourselves of getting infected, all because of a lazy inconsiderate doctor.

Bad experience of booking for my home therapy and bad customer support. Instead they are the ones who will update you the customer or the patient was the one who will update for their schedules, you will never know if you have therapy schedule for the day or not.
