I have my pap smear test in your clinic last week of February and said to come back 2nd week of March, your clinic is closed by that time even on your landline no one is answering, I understand that it is due to pandemic. I let 3months passed, I call again last July and talked to one of your personnel for my result, sooooo disappointing as he just answered that they will still find my result and will just call me on my phone number on their record within 3days...now it's already September, a lot of days have passed, no one is contacting me! How long would it take for you to find a patient's test result?
