Be sure to be early when going to GSIS Quezon city. Parking is very limited if you have a car. Staff are very accommodating and friendly esp the lady guard. It took us 3 hours of waiting to be called for interview. They don't have senior lanes, my mother is already 80 and she's not a priority, were very disappointed with the system. Though they have numbering system depending on your concerns which is good. The waiting area is very small, though aircon is conducive if you are inside. Please see my pictures. Its accessible to seniors and pwds though theres are stairs going to 2nd floor. Im not sure if they have elevators. I hope they can expand it to accommodate more clients conveniently. There are foods outside if you happen to get hungry. Hopefully management can look into these matters.

Computations always erronous, theydo not respond soonest, s if beneficiries are not going hungry nd can wait forever.no sense of urgency in their delings d needy penionrs. We pray th officrs will set good example to downlines. Tnks. God bless

The location is accessible to all types of transportation except for trains. It is along a busy street, though parking is a bit problem because it can accommodate few cars only. They have ramp for wheelchairs so that pensioners with disabilities or very old can still go there especially they need to appear every year. Their personnels are all accommodating and respectful even the security guards in the lobby will assist you with your queries.

Funny the nation government tells us not to go out but then gsis tells us to report to there office to let them know we are still alive,at a normal time I would understand.tapus kami pa Ang pasaway.wala talagang clear direction Ang national government.and yet sa Phil.healt 130 years old na nad cleam pa.wala common sense. Kung isa o dalawa..... Pero ,5,000 wow! They need to buy computers ,( over price,hope not)to know.
