I purchased a unit in SM Fairview branch, after 3 days it started to BSOD. They brought the unit for repair in this branch. They replaced the motherboard without conducting any software test first (checked the event logs on my PC). The motherboard they replaced was defective too. They void my warranty because I opened the case (acceptable). But I paid for the replacement and service for nothing.

Super unprofessional! Nagpa upgrade ako ng laptop ko to 240 SDD sabi sakin 6K. Pagkabayad ko umuwi na agad kami. Aba ang nakalagay lang sa resibo 3K for the SSD. So saan na napunta yung isa pang 3K? Next time kelangan ko magpaayos or upgrade ng laptop sa iba na lang ako pupunta kasi mandaraya sila.

Nagrequest kami for repair ng desktop (blue screen issue) unit na napurchase namin sa SM Fairview branch nila. Nireplace nila yung motherboard without even conducting a software test. Nung dumating yung unit, ginamit ng boyfriend ko yung mobo sa test bench niya and its completely working. Tapos yung desktop na ni-repair nila is nagb-blue screen pa rin. They don't even deserve a 1-star, kung meron lang negative.

Mahal maningil at OP. Kapag magpapaayos kayo or mag uupgrade make sure na magresearch kayo maiigi. Ung mga tao dito hindi gaano ka detailed ang alam sa mga binibenta nilang produkto.

SUPER BAD SERVICE. Nangpepera lang yata ng mga customer. Kung magpapaayos kayo ng laptop, wag dito. Super pinakanainis ako nung sinabi sakin na waiting for parts na daw pero after ilang days finollowup ko ulit, oorder pa raw pala ng parts. Di pa raw napapadala sa head office nila.
