Eastwood used to be a lot nicer. I believe it's because all the pets that use it as a restroom so much that ruins it. Wish people would clean up after themselves here. This place still has potential.

Trustworthy and efficient. Offers good and clean condo for rent. And several really good price condo for sale.
Renters beware of the broker Tess Campos, she is not a good broker and especially the unit of LeGrand Tower #2 unit 30A. The owner Robert Anthony Sy will not follow through on contractual obligations and will not return security deposits unless you obtain legal counsel. Please beware!!!
