Currently waiting at this floor again for the clinical abstract. We requested this last Monday (today is Saturday) while my mother is still admitted. We were discharged Tuesday (after waiting for one day for us to be finally discharged) and the abstract was not available. It was followed up last Wednesday and was advised they prioritize the inpatients, thus, the wait. Take note the fee has been charged in the inpatient bill. Followed up via phone earlier and the medical records said the nurse station has not endorsed it yet so I went here and now it’s been an hour. When asked what could be the problem of the long wait, they could not provide me an answer. How many hours to go? Not everyone has the leisure to wait.
How come this hospital don't want to give the result of MRI and other test made at this hospital and we even pay for it!!! I understand if we didn't pay for it. But we did pay it!!!!!! A very bad experience in this hospital!!!!!!! This is no star rate hospital it's too expensive and a lot of test everyday!!!!
My son had an appointment with a specialist and I was impressed by the Covid protocols that this hospital takes. It is not only Covid check list but they even take the temperature, breathing & oxygen level and blood pressure of the patients (hospital and private consult) and companion. I felt that the hospital was clean compared to the other hospitals near the area. There was no trash, the hospital entrance was tidy, the Covid testing area was clean, the receptionist were attentive, the HMO area was also clean and they gave prompt attention, elevators are clean, hallways are clean and the best there are no people loitering in the lobby area and hall ways. That is how a hospital should be during a pandemic.
Our doctor is affiliated here thats just the whole reason why we went for this hospital. Their services and the way hospital staff/ nurses and the security treats patients and visitor are waaayy too low of standard. Especially the lady guard who attended to us that night. She didnt even bother asking if its okay to pull out the item she thinks is prohibited, she just pull it out just because. Staff at the admission are gossiping and didnt mind if there are people around. May be the facade and the aesthetics of the hospital is good but never will their services would equal to the kind of hospitals they are trying to emulate.
Had a shock wave for kidney stones. Staff was really great and very professional. Explained everything in detail to me.
Outpatient service is good i haven't encountered any problem with the doctors they are all good and nice.Facilities are clean. but i i think the Emergency services should be improve. I suffered from diarrhea and nausea when we went here, i feel so weak and dizzy at the same time. Their nurses just let me sit on the bench while waiting for my blood extraction. I am expecting that time that they will let me lay on bed since my stomach is aching. Train your personnel in the emergency room because that is the most crucial service in a hospital. Still thanks to your doctors. Looking forward to see an improvement in your ER services.
