Some of their recruiters tend to promise perks but if you fail the exam, they will again promise you of the perks to be send to you within 3weeks, but in my experience I've been waiting for nearly 2months now for the GCash they've promised but still \promises are meant to be broken\. But congratulations Concentrix is growing bigger, in fact this is one of the biggest BPO in the country.
Great place to work and have a career, easy access to surrounding malls as well
Focus more on company values and facilities. Improve on how you empathize employees. There should be two way street communication and better your leadership.
