City Tails takes great care of our pets, during grooming and routine checkups. This place's cleanliness is maintained. There is a No mask, no entry policy for the safety of everyone during this pandemic.

Amazing! Brought my dog here for the first time and Dr. Pingol was helpful & knowledgable. He explained everything thoroughly and his care & passion for pets really showed. He was super gentle with my dog, and didn’t overcharge me. He didn’t throw in a bunch of services that needed to be done unnecessarily. He was very careful with the services he would perform, and told me straight up what was really needed. He doesn’t just care for the pets, but also for the owners. I super recommend this place. I was at at a different vet a couple weeks ago, and didn’t like the service due to the indifference, and lack of hospitality the staff showed. City tails is just a whole new level of understanding and knowledge. Thanks so much :)
