I’m a owner of a small water refilling station and our delivery service was involved in a car accident with a truck owned by a bigger company. The driver of the truck fell asleep while driving and hit our car, he admitted that it’s his fault at the scene of the accident but when we arrived in the police station his statement changed after his boss told him to change his story of what happened. I felt I was bullied by the owner of the big company since I’m younger and a woman. I am very fortunate that attorney Bautista guided me all throughout, explained my rights and made me understand the legalities of what happened. They are trying to getaway without compensating the damages they caused me but attorney Bautista helped me get the justice we deserve. I highly recommend them, very knowledgeable and professional! They will not just assist you but make you understand the ins and outs of the situation.
