I'm so sorry but it was not good for me by ths time. A bit disappointed!

I only experience a delay on my flight once, that is why the three stars. But what was a significant experience for me was that even with the delay, the pilot managed to land on time. That was the best thing the pilot did and we really appreciated that. The crew in Air Asia were also helpful and i like their red uniform that suits them well. Snacks on local flights are for sale becoz its always a budget flight. You can buy baggage when u book for them and its less than the amount compared to the other airlines. Ground crew are also hospitable and i cant say that i had any bad experience when flying with them. Ride with them for 4 times now.

I will give 3 stars because I've got an idea only on how to solve my concern. But I never thought this is only and authorize agent and not directly owned by AirAsia itself. You cannot follow up your online booking here. They will just give you idea.

For flight rescheduling and booking as such, although its called the service centre, it doesn't help. You need to enter the airport and go to the check-in counter straight

They flew to a place that's got typhoon right now instead of cancelling and refunding people. They couldn't refund when we called then either. Horrible customer service. We were advised to talk to their A.I chat service when we asked about refund

So hard to find someone to talk to. The people inside the office can only help with booking nothing else. We lost so much time and cause so much stress.
